Sidney Fox (10 December 1907 – 15 November 1942) was an American actress who appeared in over a dozen films throughout her career in the 1930s. She is perhaps best known for her roles in classic Hollywood productions such as Murders in the Zoo and Charlie Chan’s Greatest Case. She was known for her delicate and innocent on-screen persona, and her performances often garnered critical acclaim. However, her career was cut short when she retired from acting at the age of 26 due to personal reasons. She tragically took her own life in 1942 at the age of 34.
