Phil Harvey (29 April 1903 – 30 June 1964) was an American actor and film producer who appeared in over 100 films throughout his career. He is perhaps best known for his work in classic Hollywood productions such as It’s a Wonderful Life, The Day the Earth Stood Still, and The Big Heat. He often played supporting roles as gangsters, henchmen, or other tough guys. He also produced several films, including The Phenix City Story and Kiss Me Deadly.
